Outside these hours, we are contactable 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Reservations
In order to validate a reservation, our customers, our non Brazilian
guests, must provide the following information:
Full name
Passport No.
City / Country
Phone, preferably whatsapp
Email
Property Entry Time / Flight (if by Air)
Property Exit Time
Name of other guests (if any);
Payment, Reservation, Rent and Security Deposit
To book one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit
of about 35% of the total rental amount.
Payment for the remainder of the rent + security deposit must be made in
cash upon delivery of the keys.
Check in
Check In Time: 2PM - 12 AM
The customer needs to inform us of their arrival time and to give us
their contact number, preferably with whatsapp. Without this information,
check-in cannot be done.
Please inquire about early check-in from 6AM to 2PM, we will try to
assist you if there are no reservations.
For check-in between 10 PM and 6 AM, the equivalent of the previous
day's rent should be paid, if available.
Check-out
Check Out Time: 4AM until 10AM
An employee will meet the customer in his apartment, the time will be
scheduled in advance to examine the property, receive the keys and return the
security deposit.
Please ask us about the possibility of checking out from 10 AM to 9PM,
we will try to help you, as far as possible.
For check-outs between 9PM and 06AM, we charge the rent equivalent to
the next day.
Cancellation and reservation changes
In case of cancellation or no show, the amount of the reservation
deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the
guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement,
without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following
occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined in the
reservation and previously established names, neighborhood peace disturbance
and / or violation of condominium rules, party arrangements, pets, non-smoking,
non-payment of full rent or security deposit.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as
well as any item belonging to the condo. The same applies to other residents
and visitors. The customer and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply
with the condominium regulations and the condominium rules. Fines imposed by
the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be
immediately paid by the client. Additionally they may also lead to a premature
termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
Visitors
Only previously informed persons, and limited to the maximum number of
guests, may enter the condominium. No commercial activity is allowed at the
apartments.
